What Our Warranty Covers
At Ravin Crossbows Australia, we proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our crossbows. We offer a 5-year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials or workmanship that affect the crossbow’s performance. This warranty applies to Ravin® crossbows only and excludes standard wear items such as strings, cables, cable slides, sleeve bushings, bearings, and cosmetic wear.
Who’s Covered
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to activate warranty service. If no receipt is available, the manufacturing date will determine warranty eligibility.
What’s Not Covered
Please note that the following items and situations are not covered under warranty:
- Strings, cables, cable slides, sleeve bushings, and bearings (considered consumable parts)
- Cosmetic wear or damage
- Damage caused by neglect, misuse, dry-firing, or improper storage
- Use of non-Ravin arrows, bolts, broadheads, or accessories
- Modifications, disassembly, or non-compliance with the owner’s manual
- Commercial use, including rental or range use
- Failure to maintain or service the crossbow annually by a qualified dealer
How to Register Your Warranty
To activate coverage, please register your product within 30 days of purchase:
Unregistered crossbows are not eligible for warranty claims. By registering, you accept all terms and conditions outlined in this warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact Ravin Customer Service via the Support Contact Form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship your crossbow to us with all accessories removed.
- Ensure the product is securely packaged. Ravin is not responsible for lost or damaged accessories during shipping.
What We’ll Do
Once received, your crossbow will be inspected at no charge. Depending on the issue, we may:
- Repair the crossbow
- Replace it with a new or equivalent model
- Offer other resolutions at our discretion
All replaced components become the property of Ravin Crossbows.
Additional Service
Repairs not covered under warranty can be performed at current service rates. Contact us for a quote.
Limitations and Legal Rights
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages unless prohibited by law.
Warranty claims must be filed within 1 year of the issue. All legal disputes must be resolved legally.
Important Notes
- This Limited Warranty is the only warranty offered by Ravin Crossbows.
- Terms are subject to change; claims will be honored based on the version posted at the time of your request.
