Return & Refund Overview
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please note: Do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and legal reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Personal care and health items
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Partial Refunds May Be Granted
In specific cases, partial refunds may apply:
- Items with obvious signs of use (e.g., worn books, opened media)
- Items not returned in their original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Returns requested after the 30-day return window

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Sale Items
Please note that sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [your email] and send the item to:

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift during checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed once the return is processed.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Your Return
Return your product to us
- You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If approved, your refund will be minus the return shipping fee.
- For high-value returns, we recommend using trackable shipping or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.
